About the Role
Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist or certified substance use counselor to join our Adult Outpatient team. In this meaningful role, you will provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support clients through person-centered, integrated care—helping them build the tools needed to improve daily functioning and enhance overall wellbeing.
This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is designed for someone passionate about making a real impact through one-on-one therapy, crisis intervention, and holistic care planning. You will thrive in a team-based environment that values strong clinical collaboration and offers a flexible space for professional growth, including licensure supervision where applicable.
Your day will involve direct service delivery alongside occasional triage and crisis support. You will interface and coordinate care with internal and external service providers to ensure wraparound support, while maintaining complete, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with agency and state regulations. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- verifiedCertified through Missouri Credentialing Board: CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, or QAP OR Provisionally/fully licensed in Missouri: PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree (experience may be considered in lieu of education). At least two (2) years of relevant experience.
