You will serve as a key leader in the nature program area, coordinating all outdoor education efforts at our Napa, CA location. Your day will involve designing nature-based curricula, training staff on safety and program responsibilities, and managing the natural environment to ensure it is safe and hazard-free. You will also collaborate with the broader camp team to support evening programs, special events, and all-camp functions, fostering a culture of inclusivity and a blindness-positive philosophy in every interaction.
