As a Counsel in Employment Law, you will play a critical role in navigating the intersection of legal compliance and employee relations. This position is designed for a licensed attorney who thrives in a hybrid environment, balancing strategic advisory work with the practical management of claims and litigation. You will partner with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to interpret federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring that policies and practices align with the evolving legal landscape. Your day-to-day involves guiding management through ADA and religious accommodation requests, overseeing leave programs, and managing external counsel to deliver cost-effective representation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about contributing to a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Cigna Legal community.
