About the Role

As an Of Counsel in Employment Law, you will join a full-service team dedicated to providing expert legal guidance. This role is designed for an experienced attorney to counsel clients and litigate complex matters, including wage and hour cases, class actions, employment discrimination, and wrongful termination in California state and federal courts. You will play a key part in navigating wage laws, leave compliance, and policy development while managing pre-litigation disputes.
