About the Role

The Corporate Counsel serves as a strategic partner to a national healthcare organization, providing essential legal support to operations and development teams across ambulatory surgery centers, surgical hospitals, and multi-specialty physician practices. This role exists to navigate the complex intersection of corporate strategy and healthcare regulation, ensuring the company's growth is built on a foundation of compliance and sound legal frameworks.

In this fast-paced, multi-facility environment, you will work collaboratively with executive leadership, board members, and cross-functional teams to structure corporate arrangements and manage litigation. The position requires a pragmatic business acumen that looks beyond strict legalities to understand the broader business consequences of every decision. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping leadership take advantage of new legal developments while maintaining rigorous standards for compliance and risk management.
