About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, process-focused, and execution-oriented Corporate Attorney to serve as the first point of review for a broad range of commercial contracts, including vendor and distributor agreements. This position will research federal and state law applicable to GEMCORE's key businesses in medical product wholesale distribution, third-party logistics, drop-ship services, durable medical equipment distribution, wellness coaching, and mail order pharmacy.
Reporting to GEMCORE's General Counsel, you will interact directly with executive management. This role offers strong growth potential for candidates with a desire to learn and grow within our organization. The position is located in Hudson, OH.
