You will support the Vice President of Investor Relations and serve as the primary lead on the quarterly earnings communications process. This role involves content development, cross-functional coordination, and timeline management to produce investor-facing materials that strengthen confidence in the investment thesis and enhance the company's positioning with shareholders. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Communications, and senior leadership to synthesize investor feedback, sentiment, and questions for the benefit of the senior leadership team and Board of Directors.
In this position, you will act as a key liaison between Investor Relations and internal partners to ensure alignment of external messaging. You will develop content for investors, industry conferences, and board meetings, while managing the investor relations portion of Kroger's corporate website. You will also serve as a company spokesperson on corporate finance and investor relations topics, managing agency relationships and overseeing the CRM/investor tracking platform to ensure accurate records of investor interactions.
