About the Role
As a Geology Core Shed Technician at our Carlin operations, you will be a vital part of our growing people division. This role is designed for an energetic and efficient individual seeking a long-term career where you can make a lasting impact. You will work within a dynamic, collaborative, and high-performing team that is transforming traditional mining into the future of digital mining.
In this position, you will manage sample inventory and warehouse materials with a focus on safety and accuracy. Your day-to-day involves photographing drill core to ensure natural colors and minimal distortion, maintaining precise records of storage locations, and ensuring timely shipments to laboratories. You will also demonstrate safety leadership by task-training coworkers and conducting daily workplace inspections.
