About the Role
This position provides essential technical support to the operations of patient care services. The role focuses on ensuring adequate nursing staffing across all shifts by managing scheduling, developing reports, and leading special projects related to staffing and scheduling logistics.
The incumbent works in close cooperation with the Nursing Director and Manager to maintain daily unit staffing. Key aspects of the day-to-day workflow include assigning personnel, calling replacements, and communicating staffing issues to ensure 24-hour coverage. The role also involves maintaining current personnel phone lists, entering schedule changes promptly, and assisting in the accurate recording of payroll data.

Requirements
