The Coordinator of Residence Life and Student Activities serves as a vital link between the university and its residential community, fostering a positive, engaging, and student-centered environment. This live-in position is designed to support the delivery of comprehensive campus life experiences, blending operational oversight with meaningful student engagement. The role exists to cultivate leadership, ensure community standards, and drive student success through direct interaction and programming.
As a resident staff member, you will maintain a visible and engaged presence in the residence halls, participating in evening and weekend responsibilities including on-call rotations, crisis response, and programming support. Your day-to-day involves mentoring student leaders, advising organizations, and creating an inclusive atmosphere where equity, accessibility, and belonging are prioritized for all students.
