About the Role
As a Cook 1, you will be a vital representative and team member of our dining services. Your primary objective is the preparation of food items to ensure high standards of quality and quantity, meeting the unique needs of residents across Residential Living, Assisted Living, Memory Support, and Health Center Dining Rooms. You will handle food in strict accordance with sanitary standards and recognized food preparation protocols. In this role, you are expected to present yourself professionally, ensuring resident satisfaction and contributing to a dining experience that reflects the care and dignity of our community.
Compensation & Benefits
This is an On Call/Per Diem position with a pay range of $24.50–$30.00 per hour, based on experience. As a part-time or per diem team member, you will enjoy an incredible package of benefits that can add up to 40% of your base pay, including medical benefits starting the first of the month following your start date, a matching 401(k), and a $25+tax per line cell phone plan.
