About the Role
As a Cook at Live! by Loews, you will be an essential part of our culinary team, ensuring that every dish served meets our high standards for quality and presentation. You will work in a dynamic environment that values fresh, locally handcrafted ingredients and unscripted guest experiences. Your day will involve preparing and cooking menu items according to standardized recipes, managing food rotation to ensure freshness, and adhering to strict portion control guidelines to minimize waste. You will collaborate closely with the Steward and kitchen team to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace, ensuring that finished products are served promptly and beautifully plated. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to food safety, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume setting while upholding the hospitality spirit of the St. Louis Cardinals and Loews Hotels.
