About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager and Restaurant Manager, the Cook is the backbone of our kitchen operations. This role exists to ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our strict brand standards for quality, timing, and safety. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting food to order, adhering to all federal, state, and local safe food handling regulations while maintaining the high energy and efficiency required in a busy dining environment.

Day in the Life

Your shift will be a dynamic mix of precision and teamwork. You will follow established brand standards and recipe specifications to prepare, cook, and present food, ensuring every plate is perfect. From utilizing prep charts to properly store and rotate perishable stock, your attention to detail keeps our kitchen running smoothly. You will monitor food temperatures, manage stock levels, and maintain a clean, organized workspace, including ranges, ovens, and storage areas.

Beyond the stove, you will be an active participant in the restaurant's success. You will assist with inventory and deliveries, monitor waste to control food costs, and step in to support service assistants when needed. Whether you are addressing guest concerns with courtesy or collaborating with team members, your ability to communicate effectively and work within a diverse team is essential. You will navigate a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working in varying temperatures to deliver the exceptional dining experience our guests expect.
