About the Role

As a Server at StoryPoint Grove City, you will perform a variety of food service functions while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in the service area, facilities, and equipment. This is a rewarding position with an innovative company where hard work pays off and advancement is always a possibility.

You will serve meals in a professional manner, demonstrating a genuine concern to please residents and guests. Your day will involve ensuring that residents and guests receive high-quality food in a timely fashion while tactfully and professionally handling any concerns or complaints. You will follow safe food handling and sanitation practices, perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties, and assist other staff as needed. This role requires maintaining a positive attitude, demonstrating professional behavior, and practicing good personal hygiene.

The position is part-time, scheduled from 4 PM to 8 PM. It entails standing for long periods and requires the ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and associates in one-on-one or small group situations. You will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and may be required to travel to different locations.

Hiring Process

Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, provide excellent customer service, and consistently display an attitude that fosters a teamwork environment.
