We are seeking a Controls Supervisor to provide leadership and technical oversight for controls engineering. In this role, you will ensure the dependable performance of automated manufacturing systems while promoting maximum uptime, safety, and quality in a high-volume automotive setting. You will lead daily direction for Controls Engineers and Technologists, driving equipment improvement projects to enhance productivity and safety. Your day-to-day will involve designing, developing, and commissioning PLC-based control systems, optimizing HMI and SCADA systems, and supporting production by troubleshooting PLC-related machine issues. You will also collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, and production teams to uphold company policies and goals.
