We are looking for a strategic finance leader who can influence operations, not just report on them, ensuring our financial performance matches the precision of our engineering.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead accounting, finance, A/R, A/P, IT, and procurement functions at the site
- check_circleOwn monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and deliver US GAAP financial statements
- check_circleLead coordination of the annual external audit and maintain a strong internal control environment
- check_circleOversee inventory valuation, physical inventory processes, and standard costing
- check_circlePrepare and present the monthly Business Unit Review and build dashboards for operational decision-making
- check_circleMentor a high-performing finance team and strengthen digital financial capabilities
- check_circleDevelop annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and manage the annual CapEx planning process
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in accounting or Finance
- verifiedCPA strongly preferred
- verified8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- verified3+ years in a Controller or senior finance leadership role
- verifiedStrong knowledge of US GAAP, FASB, and external audit processes
- verifiedExperience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and BI/reporting platforms
- verifiedAdvanced Excel skills
- verifiedU.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee (ITAR compliance)
- verifiedLegally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
