About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our Finance team and play a strategic role in financial leadership, performance management, and operational decision support across AIM's operations. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will act as a trusted business partner to plant and operations leadership.
In this role, you will oversee financial reporting, drive cost optimization initiatives, and strengthen internal controls. You will lead accounting teams while ensuring the accuracy of the general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial data integrity. Your day-to-day involves partnering with operations, plant management, procurement, and logistics teams to support performance and profitability, delivering detailed cost analysis on scrap purchasing, production efficiency, inventory valuation, and transportation costs. You will also supervise government filings, year-end audits, and divisional accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset management processes.

Requirements

- verifiedStrong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- verifiedFluency in French (preferred)

CPA designation (or near completion with strong relevant experience). Fluency in French.
