About the Role

This position serves as a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, and the preparation of budgets and forecasts. The Permanent Controller will play a key role in cost control and project management, ensuring the organization's financial health and profitability.

As a hands-on and participative manager, you will lead and develop an internal team supporting finance, business planning, and budgeting. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing all accounts and ledgers, maintaining internal controls for revenue and project expenditures, and analyzing financial data to present accurate, timely reports to senior leadership. You will also manage the performance of invested assets, oversee project financials including contracts and change orders, and implement cost control strategies to optimize resources.
