Our client is a leading organization in the automotive engineering industry, seeking a Control Tower Engineer to join their Quality organization. This role supports the Control Tower & Field Quality team, focusing on driving excellence in product reliability and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
As a Control Tower Engineer, you will serve as a critical link between data analysis and physical resolution. Your mission is to lead the identification of warranty-related issues through rigorous part analysis and vehicle reviews. You will propose triage recommendations grounded in data and physical insights to drive effective issue resolution.
In this position, you will support the governance of warranty issues throughout their entire lifecycle. Success requires a collaborative mindset as you partner with engineering, supplier quality, manufacturing, and service teams to analyze components and systems, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities to navigate complex technical challenges.
