We design, manufacture, market, and distribute a range of process valves and actuators under multiple brand names for applications across the refinery, chemical, biopharmaceutical, and energy industries.
This position serves as a strategic partner to the business team, focused on the effective review, negotiation, and management of contracts to achieve business plan goals while minimizing contractual risk and liability. You will lead the site compliance program, ensuring an in-depth understanding of government contracting terms, legal clauses, and risk mitigation strategies.
In this role, you will translate complex commercial and legal scenarios into simple language and actionable plans for business managers. You will represent Crane in finalizing terms with customers, suppliers, distributors, and sales representatives, while managing a contract tracking system to ensure the traceability and security of executed agreements. The focus of the position may vary based on business needs, with potential emphasis on commercial contracts, government contracts, compliance, or intellectual property.
