This growth has required us to look for Contract Recruiters who are flexible, high-impact Talent Acquisition resources responsible for owning the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and screening through interviewing and offer execution—while delivering speed, quality, and a strong candidate experience.
Operating with agility, this individual integrates seamlessly with the Talent Acquisition team and adapts to shifting priorities and hiring demand. They proactively leverage networks and creative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines and deliver results in high-volume or time-sensitive environments.
As a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders, the Contract Recruiter provides practical guidance on talent decisions and ensures a consistent, high-touch experience for both candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process. You will serve as a business partner and consultant, catering the talent acquisition process to hiring managers' individual needs while promoting internal referrals and sharing innovative recruiting techniques with the team.
