About the Role
This 6-month onsite assignment is based at an external manufacturing site near Frankfort, KY, serving as the critical bridge between our internal teams and the contract manufacturing partner. As the Contract Manufacturing Manager, you will act as the primary "Person in Plant," providing direct oversight of small molecule drug product (SM DP) operations including granulation, blending, compression, and coating.
In this dynamic environment, you will be the main on-site contact responsible for managing exceptions, ensuring product quality, and maintaining on-time manufacturing schedules. The role requires active collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple countries and time zones, including CMC, regulatory, and MSAT, to align on technical clarifications and risk mitigation strategies.
