By joining Bio-Techne, you become part of a company driven by a powerful and positive purpose: enabling cutting-edge research in Life Sciences and Clinical Diagnostics. Our brands provide the essential tools researchers worldwide rely on to further treat and prevent disease. We foster a culture of empowerment and innovation where employees feel valued and are encouraged to bring new ideas to the table.
This position is critical to our mission of delivering high-quality biological products. You will serve as a key member of a team operating within a fast-paced, regulatory environment, organizing and staging vials and bottles for the filling of antibodies and protein solutions. In this role, you will perform specialized tasks including filling, capping, and labeling vials, often requiring extended periods of work in a laminar flow hood or clean room. You will operate automation for cap torqueing and labeling, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform pipette calibrations. The role demands precision in completing computer inventory entries, tracking supplies, and conducting paperwork to maintain strict regulatory compliance. You will also participate in a 5-week training rotation for each job assignment, learn the lyophilization process, and assist with year-end inventory counts.

Beyond the workplace, we build a culture of caring and belonging through employee resource groups, volunteer paid time off, employee events, and charity drives. Our accrued leave policy includes paid holidays, paid time off, and paid parental leave.
