About the Role
The Contracts Manager is a pivotal role designed to monitor, track, evaluate, and report on the performance of partner agencies, state, and service provider contracts within Kids Central. This position ensures that funding agencies and partners' guidelines are met while assisting in the negotiation and renegotiation of contracts.
In this role, you will partner with various departments to analyze contract data, ensuring cost effectiveness and the adequacy of revenue. You will evaluate partner agency performance to determine if targets are being met and service quality is achieved, recommending approval or withholding of payments as necessary. Beyond data analysis, you will provide technical assistance to partner agency staff and contracted service providers, maintaining the integrity of the contract database and ensuring relevant departments are notified of any identified problems.
