We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Center Director to lead our team in Hendersonville, NC. In this role, you will assume the lead responsibility for developing and implementing all Grow Early Learning services, ensuring the smooth operation of the center in alignment with our content area manual.
Your day will involve collaborating with supervisors and regional specialists to oversee planning and implementation of transition activities and medication administration. You will work closely with center and regional office staff to develop ongoing recruitment plans, monitor campus attendance to maintain an 85% Average Daily Attendance rate, and ensure the safety and well-being of children through active supervision. Additionally, you will manage enrollment diversity by ensuring at least 10% of funded opportunities are available for children with disabilities and that no more than 10% of recruited children exceed low-income guidelines.
