About the Role
The SPM Contract Manager II serves as a strategic partner within the business unit, focusing on Supplier Performance Management for medium- to large-value contracts. This role is designed to identify and maximize value opportunities throughout the full contract lifecycle, from initial strategy development to final close-out.
You will act as the primary point of contact for resolving contractual issues and managing vendor performance and compliance. The position requires a proactive approach to analyzing current processes and implementing improvements using Continuous Improvement (CI) principles. As a key liaison, you will interface with key customers and the Supply Chain Management team to ensure optimal contract terms, guide vendor selection, and maintain clear visibility across all stakeholders.
Work Environment
This is an onsite role requiring presence at the office three days per week. The position demands the ability to work autonomously while effectively influencing and partnering with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates selected for this role will be expected to demonstrate strong project management capabilities, negotiation skills, and proficiency with tools such as SAP, Maximo, and SRM. Requirements
