We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team in Hamilton, Washington State. This position is located on-site and serves as a critical link between design and production. You will support all technical aspects of the value stream, including Finishing, Assembly, and Metrology, ensuring we meet rigorous customer requirements.
In this role, you will have a daily presence on the shop floor, interacting frequently with teams to ensure project health. You will provide technical guidance, review designs for manufacturability, and champion quality standards. Your work will involve identifying opportunities for process improvement, evaluating new technologies, and managing initiatives to completion. Success in this role requires a cooperative spirit, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of attendance and professionalism.
