About the Role

This position is located in Hamilton, Washington State. The Facilities Manager serves as the steward of the physical plant, overseeing electrical, custodial, HVAC, millwright, and machine maintenance operations. This role is critical for ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of our assigned site.

You will lead a team of 25 personnel across multiple shifts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Your day will involve managing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, coordinating with production operations to minimize downtime, and collaborating with outside contractors. Beyond technical oversight, you will drive team growth by identifying improvement areas, implementing cross-training, and utilizing management techniques like positive reinforcement to build a capable, homogenous team. Success in this role requires a leader who can communicate across organizational boundaries, maintain rigorous records, and navigate the pressures of meeting multiple deadlines while upholding our commitment to safety and quality.
