About the Role
This position manages the day-to-day operations of the container shop, overseeing inventory, repairs, deliveries, and distribution. You will supervise a team of nine employees across two separate locations, ensuring productivity, safety, and adherence to company standards. Your role involves providing coaching, support, scheduling, and performance feedback while maintaining clear, professional communication with internal teams, sales staff, and customers.
To succeed in this role, you will ensure containers are in good repair both structurally and aesthetically to properly represent the company's image. You will work closely with sales representatives to understand customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure timely service delivery. Additionally, you will assist in the budget process, update required reports, and provide input into personnel decisions regarding termination, compensation, and promotion.
