About the Role

The Consumer Sales Representative-Retail is a key contributor to TDS's overall consumer strategy to grow, delight, and retain our customers. Our motto is to grow revenue and achieve sales goals by providing exceptional customer service. This position serves as the primary point of contact for consumer customers, handling both walk-in inquiries at our Retail stores and inbound customer calls.

You will take ownership of thoroughly understanding the features and benefits of all consumer products and services, keeping current on pricing, procedures, promotions, and the tools used to place orders and maintain customer records. In addition to base pay, you will be assigned monthly sales goals for key strategic products such as Voice, High Speed Data, TV, Mobile, and Internet Content. Success in this role involves meeting these goals while maintaining high customer service quality expectations to earn commission incentives.
