The Consumer Investments Money Movement Service Representative is a vital part of our team, responsible for providing quality service and efficient operations support to internal business partners and external clients. You will serve as a world-class service provider for Bank of America and Merrill clients, handling inbound and outbound calls while processing financial service transactions.
In this role, you will manage routine and standard transactions according to established procedures, employing a high-risk and fraud prevention mindset to ensure the security of client accounts and minimize risk to the company. You will cover operational functional areas such as trade processing, payment processing, and data entry, while assisting with phone calls, email queues, and report generation. When faced with complex problems, you will refer them to management, ensuring that every client interaction is handled with patience, composure, and a strong service attitude.
