The Money Movement Service Generalist is a vital part of our team, responsible for providing quality service and efficient operations support to internal business partners and external clients. You will serve as the frontline for our Bank of America and Merrill clients, delivering world-class service through inbound and outbound calls while processing financial service transactions.
In this role, you will handle routine and standard transactions according to established procedures, ensuring operational discipline and accuracy. A key aspect of your day involves employing a high-risk and fraud prevention mindset to secure client accounts and minimize risk to the company. You will also assist with managing phone calls, email queues, and data entry, covering functional areas such as trade processing, payment processing, and report generation. When complex issues arise, you will leverage your analytical skills to resolve problems or refer them to management.
