About the Role
This role is dedicated to handling auto loan requests through the telephone, ensuring exceptional client service by identifying client needs while providing clear and specific next steps. You will oversee the loan process from origination to closing, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Your day will involve reviewing existing client relationships using various internal systems and guiding clients through each step of the journey. You will quickly identify and disposition scenarios to provide advanced problem resolutions, adapting responses or conducting extensive research as needed to address client concerns. Additionally, you will engage internal bank partners to find collaborative solutions and provide technical and sales training to associates.
