Learning Development & Delivery is a strategic function within Cardinal Health dedicated to building organizational capability in alignment with business strategies. We analyze learning needs to develop comprehensive training curricula, technologies, and programs. Our mission is to support employee development by managing third-party training partnerships and collaborating with leaders and subject matter experts across functions to deliver impactful learning solutions.
We provide instructor-led training and manage the end-to-end training process to maximize the value employees gain from their learning experiences. This includes creating presentations, guides, and manuals, as well as coordinating schedules and evaluating course effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in a related field, 4+ years of experience in adult learning design, experience in instructional design, and a background in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
