Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- check_circleCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- check_circleEnforce safety policies and protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- check_circleMonitor project schedules and adjust workflows as needed to meet deadlines
- check_circleConduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
- check_circleManage and mentor on-site staff, fostering a positive team environment
- check_circleReview and resolve field issues, working proactively to mitigate delays or conflicts
- check_circleProvide regular progress updates and reports to senior leadership
Requirements
- verified7+ years of experience in construction supervision
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- verifiedProficiency in construction management software such as Procore
- verifiedOSHA 30-hour certification required
Nice to Have
Experience with commercial, healthcare, or industrial projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Additional safety certifications beyond OSHA 30-hour.
