Our client is a growing, disabled veteran-owned construction services firm that has demonstrated steady growth over the last decade. Specializing in federal and private medical projects, the company recently secured over $50 million in work with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). With a robust project pipeline extending through 2025, the firm is actively expanding its footprint across Wisconsin, including Milwaukee, Madison, and Janesville, while maintaining a diverse portfolio of private sector clients.
This opportunity is designed for a Construction Superintendent with a genuine passion for building and a keen attention to detail. As the primary leader on-site, you will serve as the bridge between project goals and execution, managing large-scale commercial projects or multiple concurrent sites. You will be responsible for directing subcontractors, developing the project team, and ensuring high-quality work that aligns with approved schedules and contract documents.
In this role, you will act as the primary safety representative, enforcing compliance and quality control policies while resolving jurisdictional disputes. Your day-to-day involves leading contractor meetings, managing job-site logistics, and utilizing Procore to document daily reports and communicate schedule updates. This position offers an ideal environment for a leader looking to take the next step in their career, providing the chance to build credibility with owners, trade contractors, and unions in a fair and trustworthy environment.
