About the Role
The Construction Superintendent will oversee and coordinate daily construction activities, primarily at Miller's Rest Apartments in Lynchburg, with the potential to work across various Lawson work sites. This position is accountable for onsite supervision and management responsibilities across multiple trades simultaneously. You will take a lead role in providing direction to subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, onsite Lawson Assistant Superintendents, and Field Techs, ensuring construction flow is managed appropriately.
