Bristol Infrastructure Design Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Scheduler to provide professional support services to the Department of Navy. In this capacity, you will serve as a key technical resource for engineers and architects, assisting them in the oversight and design management of Capital Improvements projects.
Your work will involve routine coordination with technical and non-technical personnel within the Facilities Engineering Command. You will play a critical role in reviewing project scopes to propose realistic construction durations and analyzing baseline schedules and monthly contractor updates to ensure conformance with contract requirements. Additionally, you will assess impacts on approved schedules and provide strategic analysis on recovery plans to help meet contract completion dates.
Beyond project execution, this role includes a significant educational component. You will develop and deliver training to field offices and design staff on network analysis, the critical path method, time impact analysis, and the proper use of scheduling software and guide specifications.
