In this position at Ascension Seton Cove MOSTL in Austin, Texas, you will plan, track, and evaluate capital projects across the planning, design, and construction phases. Your mission is to develop policies and procedures that build a standard national framework for construction management. You will manage the entire construction lifecycle, from budget development and the bid process to project acceptance and warranty responses. This role requires close coordination with hospital staff, contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure safety measures are strictly followed for all construction, remodeling, and renovation projects within the healthcare facility. You will be the voice of the project, communicating progress, risks, timelines, and key metrics to stakeholders while ensuring all internal and customer expectations are met.
