As a Construction Manager, you will oversee the construction of homes in assigned communities, ensuring quality control, cost management, and strict adherence to schedules. You will be responsible for managing job sites from inception to move-in, supervising trade partners, and conducting twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and uphold quality standards. Your role is critical in optimizing profitability, negotiating cost-effective solutions, and driving continuous improvement processes by identifying efficiencies and best practices.
