The Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the construction of homes within assigned communities, ensuring quality control, cost management, and strict adherence to schedules. This is a career built on purpose, where you will manage job sites from inception to move-in, supervising trade partners and conducting twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and uphold standards. You will serve as the bridge between internal teams—including sales and customer care—and external partners, negotiating solutions to ensure cost-effective resolutions and maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.
