About Lennar

Lennar is one of the nation's leading homebuilders, recognized as a Fortune 500® company and consistently ranked among the top homebuilders in the United States. We are dedicated to making an impact by building quality homes and providing exceptional customer service. Our mission extends beyond construction; we are committed to giving back to the communities in which we work and live, while fostering a culture of opportunity and growth for our associates throughout their careers.

About the Role

The Construction Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the construction of homes in assigned communities, ensuring quality control, cost management, and strict adherence to schedules. This is a career built on purpose—making dreams come true by delivering zero-defect homes. You will partner with internal teams, including sales and customer care, to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.

In this position, you will manage job sites from inception to move-in, supervising trade partners to ensure adherence to project timelines and scopes of work. Your day involves conducting twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and uphold quality standards while optimizing profitability. You will negotiate solutions with inspectors and trade partners to ensure cost-effective resolutions that support budget adherence and contribute to Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP). Additionally, you will ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and compliance with State and Federal building codes, maintaining accurate records and documentation to mitigate compliance risks.

Life at Lennar

At Lennar, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our associates. We offer a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance well-being and professional growth, including robust health insurance plans (Medical, Dental, and Vision), a 401(k) Retirement Plan with a company match, and Paid Parental Leave. We also provide an Education Assistance Program, adoption assistance, and generous vacation and holiday policies. From the moment of hire, associates can enjoy unique opportunities such as significant home purchase discounts and our "Everyone's Included Day."

Equal Opportunity

Lennar is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
