Join a company that empowers you to build your future. The Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in turning dreams into reality by overseeing the construction of homes in assigned communities. This is a career built on purpose, focusing on creating zero-defect homes, managing costs effectively, and ensuring strict adherence to schedules.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the construction process from inception to move-in. You will manage job sites, supervise trade partners, and conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and uphold quality standards. Your day-to-day involves negotiating solutions with inspectors and trade partners to ensure cost-effective resolutions, maintaining site safety and cleanliness, and collaborating with internal teams including sales and customer care to resolve issues efficiently. You will leverage technology to streamline workflows and ensure accurate documentation, all while upholding state and federal building codes.
