About the Role

As a Construction Manager, you will be the bridge between our design aspirations and operational reality. You will lead build-outs and renovations for our diverse portfolio of restaurant concepts, guiding projects from the initial concept phase through to final closeout. This role is not just about managing schedules and budgets; it is about ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and strict adherence to health, safety, and building codes.

In this position, you will partner closely with our design, culinary, and operations teams. Your day-to-day involves navigating the complexities of fast-paced hospitality environments, solving field conflicts, and negotiating with vendors to secure the best value. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the project, ensuring that every detail aligns with our standards for excellence while keeping the project on time and within budget.
