The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the owner throughout the entire construction process, from the Preconstruction handoff to final project completion and beyond. This role is critical for ensuring client satisfaction and driving the financial success of the project from the moment the estimate is accepted.
Operating on a stand-alone basis with only infrequent support from upper management, the Project Manager is the driving force behind problem-solving and team unification. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including creating accurate Cash Flow Analyses, developing and modifying CPM schedules, and writing scopes of work for subcontract exhibits. A key part of the day-to-day involves partnering with the Project Superintendent to maintain the schedule while navigating risks inherent in standard owner and sub contracts.
