About the Role
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Construction Inspector within our Construction Engineering & Inspection Group in our Greater New Orleans, LA office. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between our engineering teams and the physical infrastructure being built. You will apply your mathematical and engineering knowledge to field measurements, calculating quantities of completed work to recommend payments to contractors. Your daily work involves interpreting complex construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with all requirements. You will document every aspect of the project through clear and concise Daily Inspection Reports, capturing details on manpower, materials, equipment, and field measurements. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment where precision and communication are key to moving communities forward.
