About the Role
The Landscape Construction Team Member is a vital part of our New Hampshire-based team, supporting the Team Leader on assigned construction projects. This role is dedicated to the installation of diverse landscape features, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will work collaboratively as part of a team under the direction of the Landscape Construction Team Leader. Your day involves hands-on work installing stone patios, walkways, steps, and retaining walls, as well as managing excavation, grading, drainage, and plantings. Effective communication with team members and timely reporting of task progress are essential to keeping operations smooth.
Beyond construction, this position includes seasonal responsibilities. During the winter months, you will assist with snow removal duties, including shoveling, plowing, and the application of salt or sand. The role requires comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions, from heat to cold and rain.
