About the Role
This Maintenance Operations Manager position is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone passionate about field quality and team development in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. You will oversee a thriving maintenance division supporting over $600K in recurring monthly revenue, directly managing 5 Field Supervisors and approximately 20 maintenance crews.
Your mission is to own overall field quality, production efficiency, and consistency across all maintenance accounts. You will coach and develop Field Supervisors, building a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. From day one, you will step in as a key operational leader to influence quality, accountability, and operational excellence across the division.

Requirements

- verifiedValid driver's license with a clean record
Nice to Have
Experience overseeing large-scale maintenance operations, scheduling and labor efficiency, irrigation/enhancements/arbor divisions, and operational reporting.
