You will serve as the central hub of project operations, providing vital administrative support to project managers and superintendents. This role offers the unique chance to work on custom-built homes and hotel projects while ensuring seamless project flow. Your day-to-day involves executing the preparation and tracking of critical documentation, coordinating complex schedules, and administering financial document control. You will be the bridge connecting vendors, inspectors, and internal leadership to resolve logistical bottlenecks and maintain strict construction timelines.
