Eaton's Power Components Division (PCD) is a 3,300-person, $760M organization within the larger Protection, Control and Solutions (PCS) group. We produce critical infrastructure components including circuit breakers, vacuum interrupters, meters, and relays that power the grid.
As a Connected Integration Engineer, you will serve as a vital technical bridge between Eaton's advanced power products and our customers. This role exists to drive product adoption and revenue growth by providing expert pre- and post-sales support for power and energy meters, protective relays, and monitoring software.
In this position, you will act as a Tier 3 technical expert, resolving moderately to highly complex communication issues involving Eaton's connected products. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with customers, field engineers, and internal teams to troubleshoot root causes of communication failures, distinguish product behavior from external factors, and deliver on-site presentations that secure approval for Eaton solutions. You will also feed technical insights back to internal teams to support product enhancements and expanded account penetration.
This role offers flexibility with a hybrid or remote option within the United States, based out of our Moon Township, PA facility. The position requires up to 20% travel to customer sites to support field troubleshooting and build customer confidence.
